Claremont Chamber of Commerce to Host Annual Board Installation & Business Awards Breakfast

Claremont, CA – May 21, 2025 –
The Claremont Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its 2025 Board Installation & Business of the Year Awards Breakfast, taking place on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 7:30 AM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Claremont.
This year’s event, themed “Honoring Legacy. Embracing the Future.”, will celebrate the people, businesses, and organizations that have made a lasting impact on the Claremont community while looking ahead to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
The program will include the official installation of the 2025-2026 Chamber Board of Directors and the presentation of the Chamber’s prestigious annual awards:

• Small Business of the Year: Maison Garrison – Shirley Garrison
• Large Business of the Year: DoubleTree by Hilton Claremont – Andrew Behnke
• Non-Profit Business of the Year: Shoes That Fit – Amy Fass
• Chair Award: Pat Herrero – Financially Epic
• Ambassador of the Year: John Howland
• Businessperson of the Year: Beatrice Casagran – Ophelia’s Jump Production
• Leila Ackerman Award for Community Service: Stacey Caponigro – Smart Property Services

“Each of these honorees represents the spirit of leadership, resilience, and community that defines Claremont,” said Kathleen Fariss, CEO of the Claremont Chamber. “This event is a moment to honor our past, celebrate the present, and build momentum for a bright future.”
The breakfast will bring together business leaders, civic partners, and community members for a morning of celebration and connection. All are welcome to attend.
