A Claremont Chamber Lunch Series
A lab is a place for hands-on learning—where ideas are explored, perspectives are tested, discoveries are made, and people learn alongside one another.
Leadership Lab is where leaders gather to think, connect, and grow.
Each lunch is intentionally designed around three core elements: Community, Connection, and Leadership.
Community is why we gather, because leadership doesn’t grow in isolation.
Connection is how we learn through honest conversation, shared experience, and listening to one another. Leadership is what we’re here to strengthen, not just titles or tactics, but how we show up, make decisions, and lead with intention.
Leadership Lab is a space to pause, reflect, and grow together.
Join us for our Monthly Luncheon, a dynamic, TED Talk–style conversation designed for business owners, nonprofit professionals, and next-gen leaders looking to stay informed, inspired, and connected. This luncheon features a panel of three speakers sharing insights on relevant and current business topics, offering practical takeaways and fresh perspectives you can actually use.
Enjoy lunch while learning, then take advantage of one of our most valuable networking moments: every attendee will have 30 seconds to introduce themselves. It’s the perfect opportunity to test out a new pitch, share what you do, and make meaningful connections in a supportive, welcoming room.

Leadership isn’t defined by a title—it’s a choice we make every day in how we show up, how we serve others, and how we respond when something matters.
This Leadership Lab will feature a short TED-style talk to spark ideas, followed by a panel conversation with local leaders who will share their perspectives on choosing leadership in their businesses, organizations, and community.
