Description
Join us for an online exercise workout in the safety of your home. Exercise reduces stress and weight, builds stronger bones, improves your brain health and quality of life. We’ll offer tips to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Dress comfortably to try some easy exercises. Join us every other week to learn new exercises. This class is offered twice a month. This free online class is offered by Inter Valley Health Plan.
